Beautiful resort.
Beautiful resort with lush landscaping. The rooms are in small groupings scattered throughout the grounds and there are many different types of accommodations. It was wonderful to sit out on the patio. Had difficulty with the TV and someone showed up promptly to help. Did have to pick up a couple of small pieces of trash off the floor.

Really liked this property except one minor detail. LIGHT. The room is spacious, cute, extra room with bunk beds, clean and straightforward. Light came through the room and the newly-renovated space lacked black out curtains and proper window coverings. We DID NOT SLEEP WELL due to the issue of LIGHT.

Beautiful site nestled in evergreen forest. Our"cabin" was roomy ,cozy and had two outdor decks. Facilities were extensive and beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Would gladly stay again!

Room 28 needs some help. Front door is not square in the frame so you needed to push the door hard to close it. This caused a slamming noise that the neighbors heard. I also heard the slamming of the neighbors doors also. Also the front porch light is not controlled by the inside switch. Somebody before me unscrewed the bulb to turn if off. Next the quarter round molding transition from the bathroom tiles to the bedroom floor had nails sticking out of it and was painful to my bare feed when I stepped over the nail. Good hotels pain attention to details and this room lacked that attention. Also i ordered some food to go from the restaurant. They said to come in 45 minutes to pick up. I came to the restaurant and they seemed confused about my order. I had to give the order again to one of the staff. After another 15 minutes I got the order. When I got back to the room I found that the order was wrong. I called and somebody had to make 2 trips down to my room to finish my order. I guess I may have been too generous with my star rating for this category. The hotel is in an excellent location and is very nice but the lack of attention to details could be improved.

The perfect escape
We LOVED this resort! From the service to the amenities (we loved the pickleball courts, the pool, the basketball court, and the game room) to the restaurant on site, it was a perfect getaway for our family. We are already trying to plan our next trip.
