If you are looking for a property very well located in PerequĆŖ ... liked it !!!! This chalet has 1 bedroom, with air conditioning and TV, Wi-Fi Internet.
The kitchen and living room is very cozy American type. It has stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender and kitchenware in general.

In the outdoor barbecue area with a wonderful lawn, hammocks on the porch, outdoor shower and parking for a car with high wall and electric fence. All this in a dead end street. A great option regarding cost and benefit.
A place to rest and enjoy happy moments with your family and friends.

The property is located 200 meters from the sea in PerequĆŖ and near the cycle path, banks, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, ice cream shops, shopping and other trade.

excelente estadia
A casa Ć© muito bem localizada, e organizada. Passei 4 Ć³timos dias com a minha cachorra (Lola). Lugar ideia para quem quer viajar e levar o pet junto. A casa tem um jardim grande, mas tambĆ©m hĆ” um espaƧo cercadinho caso prefira restringir a Ć”rea que seu pet vai ficar. A Drika Ć© muito simpĆ”tica e atenciosa, e nos deixou super a vontade, dando acesso total para a Lola brincar no jardim. A casa Ć© bem equipada com eletrodomĆ©sticos, e quando cheguei estava tudo limpo e organizado. Para quem quer viajar com tranquilidade, levar a famĆ­lia e o pet, indico o ChalĆ©. Com certeza Ć© um lugar que voltaria a me hospedar.

Super recomendado!
Drika una genia! Se hizo entender a pesar del idioma. Nos encantĆ³ el lugar, amoblado con todo lo necesario y cerca de todo. La Praia Pereque estĆ” a unos pasos, el supermercado "Frade" con todo lo que se necesite, ademĆ”s de los restaurantes y farmacias. No encantĆ³! Espero que haya wifi para la prĆ³xima vez que vayamos. Lo super recomiendo!
