Instalações horríveis e precárias
Quarto horrível, banheiro cheirando esgoto, formigas na cama no mesa do café da manhã, funcionários te apressando pra tomar logo o café da manhã horrível tb, quarto 13 muito barulhento no corredor de madeira. Não é por ser simples e barato, mas tudo é relaxado, sujo e fedorento.

O hotel é super bem localizado, o atendimento muito atencioso e gentil, o café da manhã é simples mas bem satisfatório. O predio é bem mal conservado, os móveis sucatiados, o ar condicionado muito velho , funcionava mas nao tem botões liga e desliga colocando/ tirando na tomada. Colchão mole e fino dando pra sentir o estrado, travesseiros com manchas de bolor, lençol de tão velho rasgou assim que deitamos, a porta do banheiro estava se desfazendo e o vaso sanitário estava solto. De tão pequeno o baneiro nao tinha box e o chuveiro é quse em cima do vaso. Em fim péssimo.

Ficamos apenas 1 diária. O Hotel é aconchegante e entrega o que propõe. Simples, mas super atende a necessidade de um banho e uma boa noite de sono. As camas, toalhas e lençóis higienizados e branquinhos. Café da manhã básico, sem muitas opções. Mas super atende pra quem esta faminto pela manhã e não tem restrição alimentar. O bolo de fubá estava divino!

O Atendimento foi muito bom. Mas o hotel não oferece troca de toalhas diárias, a limpeza só é feita após tres dias de estadia, não havia sabonetes e shampoo (somente após pedido), ar condicionado pouco eficiente. Café da manhã simples mas muito higiênico. TV apenas com canais abertos. Não sei qual a avaliação mas não deve ter "estrelas". A vaga de estacionamento é apertada e quem chega primeiro tem vaga. Se chegar tarde, deve estacionar na rua. A relação custo x benefício é positiva, apesar dos problemas. O MELHOR FOI O ATENDIMENTO: EDUCADO, GENTIL e IMEDIATO.

Boa pousada porem sem conexão de Wi-fi
A estadia na pousada Velinn foi boa principalmente com uma limpeza dos quartos e adoramos a colaboradora Lucia sempre prestativa e ajudando em nossas duvidas e com recomendações de bons lugares na Ilha (Excelente!). A conexão de Wi-fi deixou a desejar acredito que a pousada precisa rever os equipamentos instalados e provedores contratados, antes da estadia solicitei e priorizei uma conexão com a internet de maneira satisfatória, no entanto, a conexão falhava na maior parte do dia de manha toda não tinha sinal disponível para utilização.
