Ótima opção em Ilhabela
Fiquei hospedado no novo prédio do hotel. Quarto espaçoso, agradável, limpo e com ótima vista. O hotel tem um bom restaurante e muitos espaços para lazer e relaxamento. A localização é excelente, entre o Perequê e o centro histórico. Único ponto negativo na estadia foi a realização de uma obra no novo prédio, à vista de todos, principalmente a quem frequentava a piscina. Nada contra a obra, necessária, mas ela estava sendo realizada de forma precária. A Gerência foi alertada e resolveu a questão, ao menos até minha saída.

Decepção e Zero acessibilidade
Fiz 2 reservas, a primeira o quarto era no pavimento mais alto e a segunda no pavimento inferior. Quando chegamos com as malas na guarita, demoraram a nos levar até a recepção, e levaram apenas as malas e deixaram as sacolas para carregarmos. É preciso uma boa caminhada e uma série de degraus para chegar até a recepção. A atendente foi bastante simpática, porém não tinha conhecimento da reserva que havia sido realizada 3 horas antes, o que atrasou nosso check in. O acesso ao quarto é através de vários lances de escada, realmente difícil para uma senhora com mais de 70 anos. O quarto oferece uma varanda com um vista espetacular, o quarto é pequeno e sem muito espaço para abrir as malas. A TV a cabo não funciona. Não há nada de cortesia, como água, chá ou café no quarto. Toalhas pequenas e ásperas, porém limpas. Eles oferecem toalhas para praia e piscina, mas você tem que pega-lós na recepção ( lembrando das escadas ) achei que para um hotel 4 estrelas está comodidade deveria existir. Fiquei decepcionada. Possuem piscina com aquecimento, o que é muito bom, já que pode ventar um pouco frio. Agora a pior parte de todas, nós fizeram caminhar até a rua para ingressar no táxi. Não permitiram que o táxi entrasse no hotel, o que não faz nenhum sentido já que existe estacionamento próximo a piscina e próximo aos quartos. Sobre a segunda suite que ficamos, era mais espaçosa, vista prejudicada pelas copas das árvores e banheiro antigo. O local que o hotel está localizado é bom.
