This is a good one. For me not knowing a lot of German, the staff did an outstanding job at check in and check out. The breakfast was worth far more than the four euro charge!

The room was clean and nice. It had a LCD TV. Free WiFi worked on my mobile phone but not on my laptop. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but had everything I wanted to choose from. Parking is also available without any problem.

I don't think the info on hotels.com was accurate. This was just an average hotel good for a one night stay on the way to our destination. Internet didn't work in the room. Steps to enter with suitcases is inconvenient and a struggle. We had separate beds despite the promise of a double bed. Friendly staff, though.

Reasonably priced hotel.
The initial approach to the hotel is misleading with the mini market, gym and car parts shop on the ground floor, but do not be fooled, when you get to the hotel on the 2nd floor, via a lift, the staff are welcoming and very friendly and helpful. The rooms I booked were spacious, clean and comfortable.

This hotel provides all basic amenities, nothing more, nothing less. Good value for the money. Room was very clean, staff extremely helpful. The location is not great, but Ilmenau is small enough anyway.

Unkompliziert gebucht und schnell eingecheckt. Großer Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel. Gutes Frühstück. Automaten mit Getränken in der Rezeption. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Durchgelegene Schaumstoffmatratzen machen einen guten Schlaf fast unmöglich.
