First time flounder
When I arrived I told the front desk that the toilet didn’t flush. I went to get some coffee from the complimentary money area and the coffee was cold. When I returned from my event, later that evening, my toilet had not been fixed.

The hotel was clean and seems to have been maintained well. The breakfast that was offered each day during our four day stay was the same each day except for the breakfast meat choice. I was concerned that the proper food temperatures were not being maintained for food safety…I attempted to address with the kitchen staff…they did not speak English….Front desk was not concerned and did not take action or address my concern.

The accommodations were wonderful. The light blocking shade was amazing. The bed had very comfortable blankets. The bathroom was nice and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone was super nice and overall one of my favorite hotels Ive stayed at. Certainly the best in San Doego.
