Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä aamupala. Siistit ja nätit huoneet. Ainoa iso miinus tähtiä vähentämään on huoneen kuumuus. Helteisellä viikolla huoneen keskilämpötila oli n. 30 astetta, koska ilmastointia ei ollut. Henkilökunta teki toki parhaansa asiaa auttaakseen.

Mukava vastaanotto ja uloskirjautuminen. Sauna huoneen yhteydessä iso plussa. Keskellä Ivaloa, kauppa tien vastapuolella. Aamupala kattava. Jos hakemalla haetaan, niin pienenä miinuksena portaikon ylin porrasväli korkeampi kuin muut :)

Ihanan ystävällinen henkilökunta joka auttoi kaikessa ja ravintolassa oli aivan superhyvää ruokaa ja ystävällinen tarjoilija! Huone oli aivan ihana saunoineen ja takkaterasseineen! Suosittelen tätä paikkaa kaikille! Ihan vierssä on myös S-market auki klo 22 saakka jos vielä illalla tarttee jotain.
