Perhaps the logistics on how to get there are difficult. The train provided by the airport is limited in hours and the only option is to take a taxi which will be close to 10,000 won just to drive up to the airport. Other than that, this place was good.

Needs some renovations, a restaurant in the hotel and/or bar (a table with a coffee machine doesn't count), the only thing good about this is that it's very close to the Maglev Line to the airport, in an area that looks dodgy you wouldn't go out at night, area needs more shops.

The concern in this review is that the price quoted through Expedia was apparently some form of a "mistake fare" keyed in by either the hotel or Expedia. I was rung up by the hotel (international call charges applied to me!) and told to "top up" KRW10,000 for the room, or to have my reservation cancelled in its entirety. This is completely unprofessional, given that the fare paid through Expedia should be full and final. In such cases, the fare difference in the "mistake fare" should have been honoured by Expedia or by the hotel, and not the consumer! This is ridiculous, and I was made to be blamed for the fare that I paid online. It was a very condescending manner to which I was treated, and this left an extremely bad impression in my opinion. Added to this, the hotel room was very ordinary, nothing like the "expensive and premium price" I was made to believe during check-in (for added embarrassment of the price that I paid), and there was a dead cockroach in the toilet — it gave me a huge shock when I was in the shower room. I am disgusted with how it all turned out and I will never recommend any one to experience this sort of unprofessional service, ever!
