It is quite a new building so the rooms are modern and clean. It is close the subway station and it is in a quiet part of songdo. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby and also some bakeries and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk down to the main shopping area and central park or you can take the subway. My only complaint would be all the messing ING and information sent was in Korean language. Even when there was a message in English the links would direct you to a page with only Korean information. Given that this property operates non face to face check-in and check-out and has no desk on site it could make the process quite frustrating for non Korean speakers. Their app that they advise you to download also has no English.

出張で利用しました。お手頃価格で良かったです。ただし、チェックイン当日に送られてくるはずの部屋番号などのメールが届かなくて、そのやり取りを必要としたところはマイナスでした。最終的な問い合わせには迅速に対応いただきましたが、その連絡先に辿り着くのに少しかかりました。また、施設の入り口が少しわかりにくいので、地下鉄駅からの動画があると良いです。飲食店などは限られていますが、地下鉄駅の反対側に行くともう少しあります。
