I like the uniqueness that the hotel shuttle would transport you to a restaurant withing five miles and bring you back. That to me was such a great service to their customers and highly appreciated.

i had a couple issues and they were resolved so well and quickly. online showed the room i reserved with a couch. it did not have q couch upon arriving. front desk brought a roll away bed in which was perfect. my tv didnt work. within an hour i had a new working tv. i forgot my phone charger and the hotel let me use theirs. just great service! 10/10
