The hotel it self Need to be shut down and remodeled the smell was horrible the room was a mess needed worked on a lot just a horrible place to stay with kids not safe and the Environment with all the cats for the price was ridiculous and I still Haven’t got my deposit back yet from the room I will never visit again nor do I recommend anyone to stay here EVER

we stayed 2 nights, upon first checking in i had troubles with the key card so i went to the front desk to seek help & the man working talked to me like i was stupid and had never unlocked a hotel door before. after he got it open for me, he snapped at me saying it wasn’t that hard. the next day, after returning from the day’s activities, my key card did not work again. i went to the front desk, and a staff member casually told me they had deactivated my key card because of “chargers plugged in”???? i didn’t realize i wasn’t allowed to leave my phone charger plugged in but whatever, she gave me a new one. furthermore, the shower was disgusting— there was hair on the walls and brown spots all over. the walls are paper thin, i could hear yelling and talking and every single noise under the sun at all times.
