Excellent, comfortable hotel
This was a fabulous experience in most ways. The hotel is comfortable, well designed, clean, and the staff were consistently and tirelessly friendly and supportive. Why the lower score? Breakfasts. All the utensils are disposable (plates, bowls, silverware), creating an immense pile of refuse every single morning. The food is also relatively basic and uninspired.

Our reservation could not be pulled up on the computer… for about 15 minutes… Ice machine is not working on our floor… The stamped parking ticket did not work in the parking garage.. Plastic cup had a punched hole in bottom which brought on a spill. Staff was friendly… Was not impressed with this hotel.

So close to lucas oil stadium breakfast was awesome. Very freindly staff which parking was a little cheaper stayed in area before the hotel had free parking with stay thomas darling

I reserved a two queen suite with a pull out bed and I was told that my room was given away. They put us in a King bed suite with a twin pull out bed. The room could not accommodate my family and we ended up having one person on the couch, one on the trundle bed, two on a rollaway and two in the king bed. Also, the parking garage was full. We waited over an hour just to get to the hotel only to find out that the garage was full.

Gold hotel with great staff
The hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was great! A few elevators weren’t working and we had to wait a long time a few times. The staff was amazing!!!! Andrea at the front desk was the best; so kind and helpful!

The hotel is very clean with great breakfast selections. The location was perfect for walking to Lucas Oil Stadium for the Colts game (1000 steps per my FitBit!)

Very clean and right across the street from Everwise Ampitheater. We could see inside the amphitheater from our window. Easy valet service also. Helpful staff.
