We got to the property early and asked for early check-in. Sabrina was fantastic! She did accommodate us and above and beyond our expectations! We managed to get in a hike of over 3 hours despite the rainy weather with rest before and sauna afterwards! What a great way to start our trip across Austria and Northern Italy! Thank you, AC Hotel staff!

Good quality big chain hotel with all the facilities you would expect but also a bit lacking in character. Easy walking distance to station, tram and bus stops outside front door and short walk to old town. Room was clean and fresh with plenty of space, three of us in room so had two double beds. Nice bathroom with walk in shower.

Very nice property located a short walk from the train station and the heart of downtown Innsbruck. The rooms are large and the air conditioning worked well on the warm nights we were there. The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices. Buses and trams go right by hotel for easy access to other areas including the airport.
