The front staff recommended Tony’s for dinner. It was two blocks away and without a doubt the best choice ever. The food, staff, and ambience were amazing!! Highly recommend it if you love pizza and pasta! Nala has an amazing breakfast choice also.

Husband and I were here for three nights on a honeymoon trip. Hotel is quirky, fun, and service was amazing! Highly recommend. 4/5 stars only because it was very hot in the room but windy so we were afraid to open the windows too wide. 😊

Peaceful retreat in the heart of Innsbruck
Our family of 3 only stayed at the Nala for two nights, but our stay was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable of our travels. We were given a studio on the ground floor, facing the lovely courtyard. Kitchen area included a fridge, a cooktop, and a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. There was a study niche with a desk and lamp which were extremely helpful to my daughter, who had a Zoom interview during our stay. Entire accomodations were very clean and pleasantly decorated. Staff was very helpful and welcoming and offered us a complimentrat glass of prosecco!

The rooms are very interesting and different. Great location with lots of shopping and dining to walk to. The hotel staff were super friendly as well. I would definitely stay at NALA again!

Interesting Modern Hotel
Very eclectic and unique hotel. The decor is interesting, kind of a mash of different cultures. The room set up is very weird. Our bed looked directly at the bathtub which is elevated up a few stairs and has a mirror behind it. Lots of cabinetry that looks kind of cool and is very modern but in reality is kind of awkward to use. The garden and terrace are nice, and it’s a good location on a quiet street but still in the heart of Innsbruck.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Quirkiness everywhere. Our room had a fantastic view of the mountains. Bath in bedroom was fun had shower and toilet separately. Honesty bar was nice. Short walk to town centre. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff..especially Mary when we arrived delayed and a little frazzled. Breakfast was good. Only rhing I would say is very little hot stuff for vegetarians but Im sure if Id notified them they would have accomodated me. Recommend highly.

We felt very welcome. Staff was very efficient, kind and helped us with all of our questions. We were welcomed with a choice of drink and bus pass valid during our stay. Breakfast was great. We did appreciate the third floor snack bar for late night munchies and availability of drinks without going out. The room was very clean and unique. We loved how the balcony overlooked the garden and we could get a breeze when we wanted.

What a lovely hotel on the outskirts and 12 minute walk to the city center. Restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries all close by. The Sunday brunch had an amazing. Room service and front desk staff were gracious and helpful. I would stay here again on my next visit to this lovely city.
