Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Eier av overnattingsstedet var ikke tilgjengelig for inn-sjekk. Vi stod i Innsbruck med en reservasjon og en leilighet vi ikke kom inn i. Dette til tross for melding til innehaver en uke i forveien og forsøk på å ringe eier. Telefonnummeret listet i annonsen er ikke til eier av leiligheten men til en restaurant/utested el. med samme navn. Disse har ikke noe med utleie av leiligheten å gjøre. Ikke book dette stedet uten å få kontakt med eier i forkant!
