Check in easy, room clean but some signs of fluid stain on wooden floor. Room quite small with poor lighting, bathroom also small but adequate, excellent shower and clean towels but what’s with the opaque bathroom door without a lock ? Evening meal and breakfast very very good, all staff faultless.

Had to chase for our room to be serviced, 3.30pm, if we hadn’t chased this up I don’t believe they would of got done, apparently 3 people phoned in sick, like I stated to reception that is there issue not the customers. Hot breakfast food still cold.

Lovely hotel in a great location, we had a river view which was lovely, bed very comfortable slept really well. The only negative I had was at the start of breakfast service 6.30am the hot food was cold, beans etc.. clap cold, I did bring this to their attention but this happened on boyh mornings of our stay.
