Good afternoon Iain,Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on your recent stay. We strive to provide the highest quality of service in everything we do and I am sorry that on this occasion we have let you down.Our car park is on a first come, first serve basis so unfortunately if you pay for parking, and the take the car out of the car park, there's no guarantee that the space will be there for you upon return to the hotel.I will be using this piece of feedback as an example of how we can do better when communicating with our guests about parking and I hope going forward we prove this to be an isolated incident.
