Check in was OK but no spare key available. Said he'd come up with it but never did. Enquired again at reception later but they said they'd lost it. Bit of a safety concern. I was at a function whilst my husband and son had dinner in the lounge. They waited 35 mins for even a menu to be given to them. Service was exceptionally slow. Children's meals were adult size and even the kids ice cream was geared towards adults with crushed merigues, coulis etc.. The event i was at again service was exceptionally slow. I appreciate there were over 150 people but dinner was over two and a half hours with coffee taking over an hour to come. Just a case of there was not nearly enough staff. Check out i had a wait as they only had one card machine and not once did i get asked how my stay was.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Beautiful hotel
Cons: Nothing
Location: Just outside of Inverness. Was quiet.
Very comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Staff were very professional and friendly.

Gut gelegen und Parkplätze

Ruhig gelegen für Reisende mit Auto sehr praktisch und nicht weit nach Inverness allerdings kein ÖV.
