"Nive location: directly at River ness, nice scottish building with flair from the outside and a good bar. The rooms cannot keep up with the outside impression, though. Cleaning was not done properly. Breakfast with limited choice, Pancakes only if you pay extra, quality medium. But located within few walking minutes from city and a lot of bars and restaurants still a good place to stay few nights. "

"Wir waren in den sog. Gardensuites untergebracht. Offenbar kann man da auch als Gast mit Hund unterkommen, was aber nicht kommuniziert wird. Die Einrichtung war unpraktisch. Da wir zum Frühstücksraum im Haupthaus etc. durch den Regen gehen mussten, vermissten wir eine Garderobe für die nassen Jacken. Das Bad ist riesig, aber keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Nur eine Regendusche. Zahlreiches Personal, aber unpersönlich, z. B. keine Hilfestellung beim Schleppen des Gepäcks, trotz unserer Nachfrage und einer offensichtlichen körperlichen Einschränkung meinerseits."
