We traveled with a large dog. The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. There were lots of dogs and kids. It's beautiful. Their breakfast was beyond expectations. Overall a fantastic place. We loved it. Thanks again to the staff.

Nice for 2 night stay.
Good for a couple of nights. Lovely area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a suite that was spacious however the living room furniture needed to be updated. There was not much to the kitchen area. There was no AC which was known in advance, but no fan available for moving air in the room. There were no screens on the windows so we were reluctant to leave the windows open.

Inzell Hotel
We have regularly stayed at this property when it was owned by a private family. First stay since they sold it. The property has been updated (nice). Checking in was a little difficult as they had no English speaking staff at the time. Our poor German did not help. Worked out eventually. Restaurant is good for breakfast, OK for dinner. Wait staff is a bit slow and appear to be lacking in training.

Die Zimmer sind groß, das Familienzimmer hat zwei separate Zimmer. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr unflexibel, die Essensauswahl okay. Morgens lag noch runter gefallenes Essen vom Vorabend unter dem Tisch. Im Restaurant gibt es eine kleine Spielecke für die Kinder.

Arrived 30 minutes after checkin opens. Room was not ready, employee also only spoke german did not really try english. Room was clean, nice shower. Pool was warm, enjoyable, could use some music in the pool area. Breakfast sandwiches were soggy

Okay für einen Zwischenstopp
Es gibt zum Hotel 3 Häuser, davon hat nur das Haupthaus einen Fahrstuhl, dass war für uns anfänglich sehr schwierig, da wir mit einen Gehbehinderten angereist sind. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte zwar im Erdgeschoss ein Zimmer umbuchen, aber im Haus 2… die Wege dorthin sind sehr hügelig. Das Abendessen a la Carte hat uns leider nicht geschmeckt (Geschmackssache), aber bei den Preisen, kann man durchaus mehr erwarten. Beispiel Gulasch mit Spätzle, war Spätzle mit sehr weichen Fleischbrocken, keine Soße dazu.., gar nichts… der Gast empfand das eher wie Spätzle mit ner Dose Schappi Inhalt… Kellner waren zwar nett, sind aber auf den Kritikpunkt nicht sonderlich eingegangen. Frühstück Buffet war aber okay.
