Checked in and Checked out in 15 mins. I CANNOT EXPRESS IN WORDS HOW DIRTY, UNHYGIENIC AND UNSAFE THIS PLACE IS. Absolute liars, apologised and promised a refund only to lie when Expedia phoned and said nothing wrong with the rooms. There were blood stains on the bed sheets and duvets. Spoke to owner Mark who proudly said âThis is a 162 bed hotelâ and was rude. Streets are cleaner than this hotel. I wouldnât stay there if someone paid me. I have pictures of the whole filth. Cannot believe how they are still in business. Wish I could upload pictures. Local council emailed as gave owner Mark an opportunity but never called back as promised.
This hotel looks like it's undergoing renovations, but I don't think it is - I think that's just how it looks, eg there are various sections where the wallpaper is peeling in the common areas.
My room had one single tea bag; no milk; no sugar. One lonely teabag.
There is no power socket close to where they put the tv. When I moved it closer to one, all I got was No Signal. Why bother put a tv in a room if it doesn't work?
There was a wardrobe but no coat hangers.
It's in a good spot in central Ipswich, but really I am not surprised it is getting many negative reviews.
Looks like it hadnt been cleaned in 20 years, amd the hotel is falling apart inside out. The matresses were stained and looked like blood on them, and in one of the draws apart from rubbish was a human tooth
