The young man at the desk kindly carried our luggage upstairs for us. Husband and I both over 70yr and no elevator. Room was nicely updated. However, the temperature in the room did not get over 60 deg. We froze! No heat at all in the bathroom. We checked out a day early.

We wanted to love this place and for $116/night, I guess you get what you pay for, but one reason people get lodging is to SLEEP. Every night, about every 2 hours, the pipes on the radiant heating would start banging. LOUDLY. The bed would shake. Even woke up the teenager who sleeps like the dead. Asked at the front desk if anything could be done. We were told “Sorry”. Food was Sysco fried bar food. Restaurant didn’t open on the slopes on Friday. Best place to eat was in Ironwood. We’ll stay there next time.

Resort is couple blocks from Ski lift. Easy drive. Room's small but nicely renovated. Likes hot tub, couple restaurants and bars on facility.

I was very disappointed at the restaurant on site. It took over an hour to get served and food on the table. I had to flag the person down 3 times to take my order and other people were waiting just as long. They were out of certain foods and drinks. Some of the staff were arguing in the back about being stressed and busy?? It was New Year's Eve and it looked like they had enough staff they were just not organized at all, maybe get some training for staff in restaurant? Went for breakfast next morning, no one was in restaurant and asked about toast with meal and was told couldn't specify what kind because they never know what they will get in? I'm not sure about returning there.

A good place to stay right on the ski hill. Pool and hot tub are convenient for the kids. Rooms are dated and need work despite the recent face lift but other options in the area are limited.

We stayed in August and were the only family staying there. Upon check in the place was open, empty with an envelope with my name on it and keys inside. It was actually really scary. A little bit like the shining. We liked the two room bathroom in the middle room set up for our family of 5, but we felt really creeped out.

Our room was very clean and the bed comfy. The room had been tastefully remodeled. It was a quiet stay. I'd book again. Be nice if the room had a microwave. The parking lot has huge potholes!

Property needs to put a visible address sign at entrance to prooerty. Hard to find at night. Property name on reservation did not match sign at the location. 3 collage grad people did not think the "The Lodge" was the same amas. Snow River Mountain Resort. We came in at night. The after hrs checkin worked ok but we believe the unit numbers should match the directions given .in other words . Put the actual unit numbers visible on the building id instead of current numbers.

We stayed here during the off season and it was great! Beautiful views and we had the whole pool are to ourselves. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. None of the food/drink options were open but there were a couple places in town that satisfied our needs.
