This was the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at! Even the doorstops were polished! It was remarkable!! Kevin, the host was very gracious at checking and recommended an excellent restaurant. All in all, an excellent stay. I would heartily recommend the Budget Host Cloverland to absolutely everyone! Sincerely.

Minnesotans Beware!
Check in was horrible. We didn’t feel welcome at all. He started by telling us we might be at the wrong place. Then he asked personal questions that were inappropriate. When I gave him my address, he started saying untrue and negative things about our home town in Minnesota. I finally was able to stop him and get the check-in process finished.

Older well maintained hotel. Room had refrigerator microwave, coffee maker and hairdryer. Everything in working order. Clean, quiet and convenient. Slight musty odor but not too objectionable. Would be worse to cover it up by a noxious "air freshener". Friendly pleasant office staff. My husband and i spent one night on our road trip journey. I would stay here again.

Unique experience in an older motel.. nice to support local ownership instead of a big faceless corporation. Things could be freshened a little in the bathroom and sink area, but then the motel would likely lose some of its charm. I’d stay here again.
