Worse hotel I have experienced
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The service is terrible, and the employees are quite rude. They seem very unhappy to interact with guests. The mattress in my room is very old, and I experienced long wait times at the lobby due to the low number of available staff—sometimes waiting over 10 minutes. Additionally, they charge customers for everything: - Overnight parking: $28 - Early check-in: $25 - Breakfast: $19 (which is different from the $12 price listed on their website) - Pet fee: $75 (even though my dog is a service animal, they still charged me). For just one night, I ended up spending: $165 $138 Total: $303 for an extremely disappointing experience.

Terrible room, old, pealing paint everywhere, including bath tub, shower fixtures didn't work well, room is tired...., poor customer service from the front desk clerk, for just a bit more money the Hilton, Hampton Inn, and so many more hotels are right in tge same area. This hotel is TERRIBLE and I have 36 years of travel industry experience.

Our 1st night was terrible. Party nxt door with people coming and going all night Security eventually came at 5:15 AM to confront them on leaving gate open for all to arrive.. This is very concerning Thankfully Jennifer was very kind to move us at 0700 to a new room for 2nd night which was excellent I thank Jennifer for her caring and kindness

Old musky smelling hotel. Laundry not complimentary and they wouldn’t refund for the broken machines that took money but didn’t work. They don’t have change machine for laundry, told us to walk to the nearest gas station for change. Lobby looks great and is the nicest part of the hotel. It’s very deceiving and a superficial facade. Carpet in room looked dirty and grimy. Aside from the lobby, it’s one step up from motel 6.
