Overall, we felt comfortable at this hotel. It wasn't overcrowded as it wasn't peak tourist season. The food at Hotel Villas Paraisos was always very good, thanks to the great Chef Abenamar. However, on weekends, we had to dine twice at the sister hotel Palapas, where the food was nowhere near as good. Additionally, we felt less welcomed there. The head chef was also not as friendly, even bordering on rude. Nonetheless, we were relieved when we could dine again at the restaurant in our hotel, Paraisos del Mar.
We did bring up some issues at the hotel, which were quickly resolved. We've also managed to forget about an extremely unfriendly incident involving a waitress and our child."
