I had an amazing stay at the Amofta Hotel! The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel was impeccably clean, which added to the comfort of my stay. My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the common areas were equally well-kept. The location was also convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, the combination of the friendly staff and the high level of cleanliness made my experience truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Alex and staff went up and beyond to make my stay in Istanbul amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. Alex will also make sure you get your Turkish coffee intake multiple times a day.

This is NOT a five-star hotel! It was listed as a five-star hotel, but it really is a two-star. The room is tiny. The split AC was leaking water to the desk and floor. A terrible experience. Totally a scam!

Our stay was amazing. We loved the hotel interior. It was clean and comfortable. Above all the people were amazing. Some I know personally is Mr. Alex Abbasi and Mr Reçep at the main reception who helped us all the way. The owner Madam was very sweet and the lady at the breakfast was very kind with a smile on her face all the time. The cleaning lady house keeping staff was very efficient too. Overall the services were very personalised. I wish to stay with them whenever I visit Istanbul again. All the best and God bless.

The building itself is new and clean. No complaints overall there. My sheets were changed 2x in 8 days. I would have preferred every other day. There wasn't any actual cleaning of the room. They would refresh towels and coffee etc. I had to ask for extra water that happened for a couple of days then stopped. I asked for extra towels, and it stopped after a few days as well. I asked that the shower be cleaned it was not cleaned the entire week. Evident by the dirty shower glass. Same with the sink and toilet, wiped but not cleaned. There were a couple days of a HORRIBLE smell of sewage. I called the front desk and the simply stated to open the windows as this happens from time to time. The ac worked the entire time however it dripped daily onto the bed and floor, execess moisture. I never mentioned it bc i would return to the hotel late at night every night and would simply forget. Not a huge deal but it should be looked at. Emrah and Alex are awesome!! Anything i needed they took care of. Emrah was able to find a taxi service to take my family and i to a different city and arranged for the same driver to take us back later in the night. It's a very small boutique hotel. Walking back alone at night as a female could be a little scary but i never felt unsafe just creeped out from all the staring eyes. I would definitely come back to this cute little hotel

The Amofta hotel was great. The rooms and facilities are clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. Alwx really helped us out with letting us know where to visitc what to avoid, and answered all of our questions. He went out of his way to communicate with our rental car company since we had a hard time communicating with them. Highly recommend this boutique hotel if you are interested in being around taksim square. It’s also pretty close to everything. Easily take public transportation to get around. Oh and their breakfast is pretty good. Thank to Alex and all the staff. See you all next time we plan to be in the area
