Exceptional Stay at a Superb Location
Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location is superb, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. We faced a sudden change in our flight schedule and needed a late checkout. Erdem went above and beyond by making a phone call and arranging for us to stay until 9 pm free of charge. This thoughtful gesture made our experience truly outstanding. Thank you so much, Erdem, for your exceptional service and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

I highly recommend Bankerhan Hotel. Extremely well located close to Galata Tower. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff (Erdem & Cagdas) were amazing - always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Always smiling and ready to assist. They made my stay very special. Got free upgrade to a sea view room. Room was clean and cozy. Staffs were all super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Location was extremely convenient, 5 mins walk to both Galata Bridge and Galata Tower. You can jump onto T1 tram from the Galata bridge station to go south for famous mosques, old palace and great bazaar. Highly recommend.
