It is fake
My experience in this hotel was really bad. My reservation details is attached but they told me there is no availability and took me to an underground room which was very dirty. Furthermore, there is no TV, Internet, air conditioner...etc I did not accept the room but they tried to force me to take it. After long discussion they offered me another room in another is not matching my booked room and asked me for extra 10Euro for each night. I used to talk to the hotel's manager whom was really aggressive and impolite. He said to me " You are not my customer" . Finally, he said he doesn't care about Expedia....etc. It was a trap, the hotel has different names belongs to the same staff. Anyway, I really don't recommend this hotel to any customer in future.

Es handelt sich um Betrug, bitte Ebookers um Geld
Als ich mit meiner Familie am 17.09.2017 zum Hotel kamen, teilte uns der Angestellte, dass von uns gebuchtem Zimmer besetzt ist. Er hat uns ein unbewohnbares leeres Haus angeboten und aus hygienischen und sicherheitsgrünen haben wir dieses Angebot abgelehnt. Als wir unser Geld verlangt haben, hat er verweigert und uns rausgeschmissen. Wegen unseren kleinen müden Sohn (5 Jahre alt) wollten wir die Polizei nicht rufen. Dann haben wir ein Zimmer beim Hotel ORTAKÖY APARTS (Tel. 0212 259 62 34) gemietet. Unsere Aufforderungen: - Zuerst verlange ich mein bezahltes Geld für die 7 Tage incl. Bonus. - Verlange ich Entschädigung (incl. Taxi-Kosten in Höhe von 60 TL) - Ich bitte Sie dieses Hotel von Ihrer Hotelliste zu entfernen, wenn Sie noch guten Ruf haben wollen. - Auf Ihre Antwort von Ebookers warte ich noch. Gleich habe ich Beschwerde bei Ebookers geschrieben und noch keine Antwort !!!!!!!!

Äckligaste hotellet
Vi åker på semester varje år till olika länder och stannar på olika hotell och det här hotellet är det värsta som vi kommit till. Vi kunde inte stanna där i mer är 45 min förrän vi var tvungna att lämna det eftersom att rummet var så smutsigt och äckligt. När vi satte oss på sängen så började det klia i våra kroppar efter 5 minuter. Dom få sängkläder som fanns var smutsiga och redan använda, örngott saknades och fanns spår av läppstift på kudden, sängarnas madrass var full med gammal urin, skräp från tidigare gäst fanns utspritt, duschen saknade munstycke och golvbrunnen var det stopp i och gick ej att duscha. Vi tog såklart bilder på allting som bevis.Klimatet fungerade inte alls och rummet var därför mycket fuktigt och unket. Fanns bara en handduk som vi fick tigga om, som skulle räcka för hela familjen på 5 personer. Wifi kopplades på men fungerade inte alls. Ingen frukost hade dom heller. All reklam om vad som erbjuds var falskt, därför rekommenderar jag absolut inte detta hotell ens till min fiende. Tur att vi betalade via paypal, då vi kan kräva pengarna tillbaka. Hotell.com borde jobba med seriösa hotellföreståndare, det är inte roligt som gäst att åka ut oplanerat för att hitta ett annat hotell. Hotellet kändes mer som ett hotell för ett engångsligg.

REZALATTE SON PERDE
Rezalet ötesi bir oteldi. Rezervasyon yaptığımız family suit odası otelde mevcut değilidi. İki ayrı odaya razı olduk. Odalar pislikten geçilmiyor ve resmen idrar kokuyordu. Klozet sifonları çalışmıyor odalardan birini kliması bozuktu. Düşmanıma bile tavsiye etmem.

Dieses Hotel verdient den Namen "Hotel " nicht.
Es ist eine dreckige, muffige Unterkunft. Von Montag bis Freitag wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Der Besitzer saß den ganzen Tag vor dem Fernseher im Erdgeschoss. Um Toilettenpapier und Handtücher musste man betteln. Selbst bei unserer Ankunft waren die Betten nicht bezogen überall Urinspuren und sonstiger Dreck auf den Matratzen und Kissen zu sehen. Man sollte bei Expedia dieses Hotel nicht mehr anbieten, es ist kein Cent wert

1. Sind wir 5 mal durch die Straße gelaufen und haben das Hotel nicht gefunden, kein Schild, kein Eingang. 2. hatten wir gebucht und bestätigt bekommen, aber dann meinte man wir haben kein Platz. Einfach große Frechheit!
