We had 3 days full of meetings and gradually at the checkin point we met very nice and kind lady who name çağla bahar who upgrade our room which made our meetings much more comfortable. Thanks to here we had very happy stay at elites world hotel again

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff here is amazing. The amenities are great. One of the best hotel gyms (I have been to hundreds of hotels around the world). The main reception worker named Selin did a fantastic job getting us settled into our rooms, helped us with late check out and was very friendly and helpful.
