Nice small hotel in safe area. Easy walk to all tourist areas. The staff were exceptional we arrive in Istanbul at 6 AM and at the hotel at 7 AM. The receptionist, Saleh, gave us coffee and let us start our stay then instead of making us wait until 2PM for “check in.” What a relief! We could rest, shower, and get on with our stay instead of waiting until the afternoon!

The property was located right above the sea. The views were outstanding and we were able to walk everywhere. I highly recommend room 402 for the best views and wrap around balcony.

The room we had was small. We had a great view. Breakfast was expensive for Istanbul. The location is good. It is close to everything in the Sultannet area. The pictures of the hotel dont seem to match the hotel. It was very clean.

The property is very old, hallways and lobby are remodeled but the rooms are extremely old and very tight. Bedding and towels had stains. You can see slums from your window.

The GLK Sea Mansions Hotel was within walking distance to EVERYTHING we wanted to see while in Istanbul. Being greeted by name upon arrival - before I made it to the desk - was a treat. They arranged pick from and return to the airport via Limo, and booked a Bosphorus dinner cruise at our request. Again arranging transport to and from the event. La Romantica, a restaurant steps away from the hotel, quickly became our favourite haunt for dinner or even a glass of wine after a days worth of exploring. Please thank Melike (Front Desk) for her outstanding service, she made use feel at home.

Great location. All main sights a few minutes away. Beautiful boardwalk along Marmara Sea is just 5 minutes walk. Great and accommodating staff. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I was awaken every morning by cigarette smell. I guess some of the guests were smoking in the rooms. The hotel has non-smoking policy but not everyone honors it. However. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was fabulous but the best thing was the staff. Salih and Melike were kind and extremely helpful. Melike helped me find a specific type of ceramic mold business and assisted with getting us there and their business hours, etc. Breakfasts were wonderful. Thanks for a great week.
