Property is walking distance to all the major sites. Management was responsive to requests and even provided a breakfast box, since my flight departed very early before the restaurant opened their breakfast buffet. Much appreciated! Definitely recommend.

Perfect location close to many major sites including blue mosque Hagia Sofia grand bazaar Heaps if great bars In restaurants and the hotel has a great roof top restaurant Food was good Lovely bar with fantastic bar man Murat Who made perfect cocktails abd such a pleasure to deal with All the staff were fantastic and customer service amazing So glad we chose this hotel for our stay

The spa and restaurant were at a higher level than the reception/lounge and rooms. Just lacking atmosphere. Enjoyed the restaurant and my husband and friends may use of gym/spa facilities. The reception staff were friendly but maybe a bit limited in information outside of the old city area.

We had a great time at Yasmak Sultan hotel , the staff is absolutely amazing and they are extremely helpful . One of our friends lost their phone and the manager and his team helped us find the location where the phone was lost and helped us communicate and talk to someone who brought it back to us ! We had 4 rooms at the hotel and every one of our requests were accommodated . They arranged tours for us and all our dietary needs were met . I recommend them highly and will stay again . Location is extremely central right beside a tram station
