Property is in undeveloped area, bed sheet weren’t clean , bathroom fixtures broken, had flies , lots of mold from moisture. Property claims they serve food , but actually don’t . They have a menu to order food , but actually it’s delivered from a snack shop down the street. They don’t serve you the food in the take out containers, they take it out and plate the food on a butcher block to make it look like they actually cooked the food them self

The front desk was dishonest
Beware of the front desk “help” services! We needed to go to a Taksim Square. The front desk asked us many questions if we were the first time in Istanbul and after we said “yes”, he offered his hotel ride services for the same price as city taxi. We found out later we were ripped off. I also left a tip to a front desk guy thinking that he helped us. Don’t use the front desk assistance at any costs! The area is also very dirty there and nowhere to go to eat. I wish I never booked this place! Waste of money and bad service. The hotel is about 12 miles from the airport
