It was amazing stay. I have booked for 2 nights from 15-17 oct, and the other 2 nights in a different hotel. I was regretting that I should have stayed 4 nights instead of two only. My wife and I really like it although the rooms are small. Special thanks to Mr. Altin , Mr. Hasan & Mr.Mohammed, all reception team are perfect they made our stay amazing!

There employees are very nice and helpful, very accommodating , they are really so Great. Breakfast are good . Very good service. And the housekeeping are really great though we don’t understand turkish stil we understand each other. I dont have negative to say . Our stay was really very pleasant.

I am a frequent visitor to Turkey and have stayed in many hotels but this one really stood out. Great hotel Great service, clean rooms, amazing location. Everything is within few min walk. We had an excellent day. The property is in approximate location to the European side of ISTANBUL. The room was spotless and smelled clean. The staff was very helpful in getting our luggage and getting it settled. All the attendance were really nice and had a smile in their face. Housekeeper was outstanding. The gentleman handled all the rooms in our floor by himself and he did really good job. They did offer us water bottles. Definitely stay there again. Just an observation, the toilet seat in room 405 was broken and that needs to be changed. Overall a 5 star.

Front desk staff friendly and always smiling with good attitude. The corner unit was nice and clean . The pillows were very hard and despite requests twice , did not get it replaced. The street is very steep so very limited coffee shops and restaurants nearby . They also use a fragrance smell in the rooms and lobby that was not pleasant .
