Das war mein schlimmster Aufenthalt den ich je hatte. Das Frühstück gleicht einem Essen im Gefängnis. Die Rühreier waren kalt und die Würste auch. Eine sehr kleine Auswahl und was vorhanden war konnte man nicht Essen. Es gab nichtmal Orangensaft! Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, was aber noch das kleinste Problem war. Im WC hatte es viele Flecken am Boden und Holzteile fielen von der Decke. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht, bekamen aber ein Zimmer ohne Fenster was zudem noch gleich nebem dem Lift stand. Man hört wirklich jeden Schritt von aussen, wir konnten nicht eine Nacht durchschlafen. Einmal waren eine Gruppe sehr laut stark auf dem Gang und haben gelacht und gefeiert, so das man nicht schlafen konnte. Vom Hotel wurde das anscheinend geduldet. Ich musste das selber mit diesen Personen reden und sie um 1 Uhr morgens bitte ruhig zu sein, was sie dann aber auch machten. Am zweiten Tag gab es noch einen Stromausfall. Es steht nicht einmal Wasser bereit in den Zimmer. Einzig und allein was gut war ist das Personal am Empfang und die Lage, was man aber bestimmt auch bei anderen Hotels findet.

Es ist nicht möglich, ein Brett im Bad in unserem neu renovierten Hotel fallen zu lassen, ich wünschte, Sie hätten Ihre Probleme mit dem Frühstück mit der Rezeption geteilt, wir sind glücklich, die Probleme unserer Gäste zu lösen, Sie haben eine wirtschaftliche Zimmerreservierung erstellt, wenn Sie sorgfältig überprüfen, werden Sie sehen, dass es ein fensterloses Zimmer in der Agentur-Kanal ist, wenn Sie durch den Lärm gestört werden, ich wünschte, Sie hätten dies an der Rezeption gemeldet, weil wir nicht tolerieren, dass unsere Gäste durch einen anderen Gast gestört werden. Es stimmt nicht, dass es in den Zimmern kein Wasser und keinen Strom gibt, ich denke, es wäre uns nicht möglich gewesen, dies nicht zu bemerken, wenn das Hotel ausgebucht war, wir stellen sogar unsere Gäste aus dem Club der Unzufriedenen zufrieden, leider ist Ihre Erfahrung nicht überzeugend.Übersetzt mit DeepL.com (kostenlose Version)
