The staff were nice but I stayed on a Saturday and I did not sleep at all due to the loud music outside this lasted at least until 3am so I don’t recommend it if you’re trying to sleep. I called reception twice about the noise but nothing not even sorry….

Nabu is a wonderful hotel - not too small, not too large! So convenient to everything - many restaurants and important tourist sites Next to Galataport, but also only 4 minutes to the most useful tram stop Just moments from the Golden Horn and Galata Bridge. I have visited Istanbul 9 times over last 20 years and will stay at Nabu whenever I next visit. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful for any needs a guests might have.

Great value for money! The location is amazing as you can walk to restaurants, shops and also attractions. There is also public transportation close by. Staff is good and very attentive! Things to keep in mind: If you're a very light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Although it did not bother me, the hotel sits right on the street with bars and restaurants below, so it could bother light sleepers. Room is small, but also something that doesn't bother me.

Staff are amazing, due to narrow street. One of the staff helped us with the luggage when we left. Coffee and tea was available throughout the day. Room was amazing and hotel was close to the trains. A little noise due to the closeness of all the restaurants surrounding the hotel. Would recommend and stay here again.

Very convenient hotel to take tram or walk around the very nice karakoy and Galata port area. Definitely worth the price point and everything was well maintained. Just be aware that there are some club noises at night.

This was my second stay in Istanbul - whilst the hotel isn’t brand new, it was everything we needed. I slept well every night. But the best thing is the location - we walked everywhere. The restaurants and cafes nearby are excellent. We loved the location so much, and spent a few hours just wandering the small streets and enjoying the food. Best area of Istanbul, and felt totally safe.

Pretty comfortable stay. Small rooms, but very clean. Staff is helpful downstairs. The music is very loud until 3am at night, even on weekdays, it’s hard to get a restful sleep with that. Breakfast is okay…. But the coffee was pretty good. The kindness and willingness of the staff made the stay a good one.
