Our room smelled strongly of smoke. We didn't request to transfer because we are only there for 2 nights. The refrigerator is also not working. The door has been hanging and it is turned off. The staff was nice though and accomodating.

The place was filthy and smelled cigarettes. They woke me twice during the night with lame excuses. Stay away!

Well located
Very new building (2014 construction) therefore very neat and clean. Though the access to the hotel is slopy the location is very good. With excellet bus, train and ferry connection. A family upto 3 people can stay comfortably.

Der Service und die Gastfreundlichkeit sind überragend. Vor allem sind wir von der Sauberkeit beeindruckt. Jedes Mal, wenn wir abends nach dem Stadtbummeln zurückkamen, hatten wir das Gefühl neu einzuchecken, da es so sauber gemacht wird. Wir werden erneut diese Unterkunft buchen!

Gece 23:00’te gelmemize rağmen oda hazır değildi. Hatta, ücret farkı ile başka oda önerildi. Oda oldukça basık ve yataklarda battaniye yoktu. Odanın temizliği iyiydi, araba için park sıkıntısı yaşamadık.
