The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of most historical sites. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Azim from the front desk who provided super assistance.

Location, location, location Very central location with easy access to all historical sites and transportation safe neighborhood nice breakfast buffet and restaurant. Nothing hifi but average. Amenities no upgrade was offered and only twin bed was available which was a disappointment.

Loved the roof-top pool, the stunning view of the Marmara sea, the health spa. Well located within walking distance to visit several of the main attractions of Istanbul. A stone's throw away from Tram 1. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.

It is an old property situated on a steep hill. The room was very small and a request for a bigger room, for which I offered to pay, met with a negative response.The staff speak limited English which is surprising given its multi national clientele. I am glad I didn't prepay for breakfast as it was non existent. I have stayed in other Radisson hotels and this one compares badly with the others.

We really liked the convenience of this hotel. It was perfectly located for all the places we wanted to go. The staff were so friendly and always available to advise us. The waiters and cleaning staff were also very charming and friendly. We also loved the pool and the wonderful massages we had with the lovely Balinese masseuse, Ida.
