"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel's location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I required for a relaxing stay. This place is nasty, I couldn’t sleep first night due to smell and in the morning found bed bugs. The staff moved me to 5th floor and there is no lift in 5th floor. Bathroom was filthy. This place is so bad that it is beyond my explanations.

Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Taksim
Absolutely magnificent. The location, price, staff, and the amenities offered by the hotel were better than I expected. I would like to thank all the staff who took care of me from my first arrival. The location is amazing—you can reach Istiklal Street or Taksim Square within 1-2 minutes. The metro, bus, and tram are all just 2 minutes away. There’s also a police station on the street, which might make it the safest street in Taksim. Thank you for everything, I will definitely come back.

Entrance to the room is very bad, stairs are undising and dirty. The whole hotel is very dirty, everywhere smells bad. Rooms not clean, bathroom disgusting. No design, everything old and broken. This place is terrible, don’t stay here.

The owner/manager was very helpful. He went out to get me my morning Coca-cola when I didn't have one, and when I found I had left my camera at the airport, he contacted them to have it traced. It looks like I'm going to get it back. P.S. His dog is also very friendly.

Otel genel olarak güzeldi. Odaları idare eder ama dışarda biri adım atsa içerdeymiş gibi ses çıkıyordu. Otel güzel yalnız biraz bakımla çok daha iyi olabilir. Resepsiyon da yer alan görevliler inanılmaz soğuk insanlardı. Konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere yakındı. Genel olarak yine gelsem kalırım.
