My stay was wonderful and met most of my expectations. To further improve the guest experience, I recommend providing more room placement options, particularly on upper floors which can significantly elevate the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. This was my 3rd time there but every time they offered me lower floors!

This is a truly 5-star hotel in a very nice location. However, in my travels all over the world, I have never paid €23 for a glass of red wine, neither in New York nor Paris, London, Geneva, Sidney or anywhere else

Swisshotel istanbul
Was amazing. 4 food courts, 4 gyms, excellent view of the sea from the rooms & restaurants, Great boat rides, great time, great staff, brilliant fun with thanks giving entertainment, thanks giving buffet, Santa clause, The grand Bazar was brilliant with very cheap prices for top brands.
