Our notifications in the hotel, specified that you are requested to use the safety box. Our hotel is not responsible for the personal and valuable belongings of our guests in their rooms. During your stay, all kinds of assistance were provided by our hotel staff and every support was provided by our hotel in order to find your lost bracelet. Although we informed you that you can apply to the police so that you can prove your claim and that we will provide all kinds of support in this regard, but you did not do this.
