We are World travelers! This is the first time we feel sad to leave a hotel… staff were so friendly, room service, cleaning crew went above and beyond. Our room view and the food was priceless. Staff put every effort to make our stay perfect. We took a private boat ride to the princess Islands. Yiğit made sure everything went well. This is our Hotel to stay in Istanbul! Do not trust this company.
When I checked out there was no mention of any additional charge. When I got home my credit card had been charged. I contacted their customer service to ask what this related to. Got an email confirming they had received my query and they would respond in 7 days. I emailed them 3 more times. They never replied. They never told me why they took my money without my consent. They never returned my money. This is extremely dishonest.
