Zagreb

Not a bad hotel. A bit dull and a bit old fashioned. needs some upgrades in the lobby and restaurant and I never saw one person in the restaurant at all. They charge extra for using the pool after 4.00, which I found rather odd. The people at the front desk are miserable and more natural light would be most welcome. Rooms are tiny and the beds are very hard. TV is tiny and the shower is smaller than average. Close to the tram line and easy to find. Overall OK, but the atmosphere is generally slow and dull! Not bad for the money.

16 DAYS IN ISTANBUL

GREAT LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF, ROOMS SMALL AND BASIC, NO CHAIRS ETC., NO BREWING FACILITIES AND VERY LITTLE DRAW SPACE. THE FOOD IN THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE. FREE INTERNET IS VERY HANDY FOR PEOPLE WHO WANTS TO USE IT.

Excellent in ALL respects 5*

Excellent 3 day city break to Istanbul at this superb Hotel. Great location, Great Staff, Great Food and Drink !! Particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool with views over the city (It even has a sliding roof to let in the sun!). Would definitely recommend to anyone.

bedroom

I TRAVELLED WITH MY BOYFRIEND AND REQUIRED A DOUBLE ROOM BUT WAS GIVEN A TRIPLE ROOM INSTEAD WHICH MAKES THE ROOM VERY SMALL NO CHAIR TO SIT ON AND THE BATHROOM ALSO VERY SMALL. THE BREAKFAST VEVY BORING AND RUNS OUT FAST SO IF U DONT GET THERE BEFORE 9AM U WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING GOOD TO EAT EVEN THOUGH THE BREAFAST IS BETWWEN 7 AND 10

Redelijk verblijf

Bij aankomst kamertelefoon niet aangesloten en kapotte doucheknop, 3 keer van kamer moeten wisselen. Waarbij vriendelijkheid afnam. Uiteindelijke kamer redelijk. Bij douchen alhier liep de hele badkamervloer vol met water. Ontbijt redelijk, weinig fruit. Service-balie vriendelijk. Wifi uitstekend. Locatie goed.

Goeie locatie

Dit was de tweede keer dat in in hotel Zagreb hebt gelogeerd. Lig op een goede locatie. Heel goed te doen met het openbaar vervoer. Jammer genoeg waren er verbouwing op een van de etage. Vriendelijke personeel en het ontbijt was goed.
