Experiência frustrante, pois ao chegar para fazer check in por volta das 14:00 nos informaram que o hostel já estava lotado e que não trabalhavam com o a empresa hotel.com., que deveríamos ter entrado em contato com o hostel mesmo tendo o e-mail que comprovava a reserva. Ficamos atônitos pois viajamos mais de 200 km para passar por esse constrangimento e stress. Sem contar que a cidade estava lotada e encontrar uma acomodação foi impossível.

A reserva não estava feita, o dono muito nervoso
Foi péssima experiência. Cheguei de noite e a reserva não estava feita e o hostel lotado, o dono não quis ajudar e dizia não conhece a expedia, me tratou muito mal como se eu estivesse errada. Depois não atendeu o telefonema do expedia pq a mulher levou o celular. Não ajudou localizar outro lugar e depois de 1hora me colocou na rua como se fosse um cachorro. Foi horrível, uma pessoa assim não sabe tratar e receber turista. Fiquei muito triste e com vontade de acabar com as férias. Imagina chegar em Itacaré e ter essa recepção de noite e com todos os hotéis lotados?
