I checked in only to find out the wifi was down and wouldn’t be up and running until the morning. I also was informed upon checking in the pool was out of service with no communication. I asked to speak to a manager who wasn’t even there and I had to wait until the next day. I tried calling in the AM and couldn’t even get through to a front desk rep and kept getting redirected to the corporate office. On top of all this the flusher on the toilet was broken and toilet had problems flushing. The facility reeked of weed when I entered with my 2 year old. Not impressed

I was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness… There were 1) dirty dishes in the dishwasher, 2) stains all over the floor, walls, and furniture, 3) hair in the shower, 4) no body wash, 5) most importantly, the bed sheets are stained. The staff was nice, but I would not stay here again

Very nice and quiet hotel. We stayed here before and liked it. During this stay, we noticed many improvements and really enjoyed our stay! A welcome bag on arrival was a nice touch! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our brief one night stay in Ithaca. The property was close to the gorges, and the breakfast was decent, with clearly marked kosher foods, as well as allergy friendly foods. Staff was friendly and efficient

The room was clean. The hallway was quiet at night. The room rate was reasonable for a Sunday night though would have been very expensive on a Saturday night. The breakfast was good. The coffee was above average and nice and hot.
