Unfortunately there where bugs on the rooms we used (even after being switched to another one), hay to spay the room and had an unpleasant night. The staff was very kind though

Agradable lugar, con lo necesario y siempre hay alguien en recepciĆ³n. No me gustĆ³ que al hablar por telĆ©fono nunca contestaron y la regadera tiene obstrucciones, sale muy dispersa el agua, lo cual provoca que se desperdicie.

No se preocupan de tus problemas
Por la maƱana no pude darme una ducha con agua caliente porque no salĆ­aā€¦ en recepciĆ³n me digeron que tenia que esperar a la persona de mantenimiento, pero no me decĆ­an cuanto tardarĆ­a, y yo ya tenĆ­a planes, no podĆ­a esperar. La tarde cuando lleguĆ© el agua caliente si funcionaba pero tardĆ³ muchĆ­simo en calentar. El enchufe del baƱo no funcionaba. El edredĆ³n de la cama tenĆ­a una mancha considerable. Lo que menos me ha gustado es la poca empatĆ­a y las pocas ganas de dar una soluciĆ³n (podĆ­an ofrecer mientras tanto otra habitaciĆ³n para ducharme por ejemplo). AdemĆ”s el aislamiento sonoro es nulo, se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle, coches, perros ladrando etc
