The Helen Inn was a nice hotel to stay in for our trip to Izmir. The room was pretty quiet, although the noise of the call to prayer at 5am was still audible. Our only gripe was they didn’t offer to clean our room or refill the tea/coffee/water station after we checked in. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was clean and decently sized. Elevator to the upper floor was a blessing

I went for a last minute booking at Helen inn and I was not disappointed at all. The room was neat and tidy. The staff was friendly. They are so helpful that they helped me in getting medicine from pharmacy as well. The owner is a very good person. They are approachable and make sure that your needs are met at the best possible way. I will definitely recommend it to everyone with a family to book there. You will not disappointed

Üç arkadaş kaldık. Rahat ve güzeldi. Tabii ki bir takım eksiklikleri vardı ama fiyat ve performans açısından iyi olarak değerlendirilebilir. Ulaşımı rahat, merkezi. Yalnızca otogardan otelin olduğu taraftaki durak olan basmane tarafına gelirken biraz korktuk ama yine otelin olduğu yer daha güvenilir. Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyor.
