Found out room are not even in the casino. They are behind in a separate building. First room stunk so bad I could hardly breathe and no TY. Moved rooms better but shower curtain fell when you touched it. Staff was kind and cordial.

We chose this budget option for convenience for a quick overnight option. The accommodation, albeit, a little dated was perfect for our needs. It was super clean, everything in good working order and spacious. Sussie at the hotel reception was so kind and helpful. The midweek price was exceptional.

Got there to check in our room wasn't ready so we went to gamble for about oh I'd say hour hour and a half went back to the hotel desk still room wasn't ready, then our TV wouldn't work they sent the guy from the front desk but he was very very rude and did not resolve the issue

Had prepaid w/Expedia, but check in clerk asked me to sign check in total $34.99. I showed my receipt from Expedia showing $21.17 and said I didn’t feel comfortable signing $34.99. Asked what would happen if I refused to sign. Her reply “Nothing” so did not sign. Other than this issue, stay met our needs perfectly.

Most annoying stay ever!

First it was up the hill and away from the main building and went i got to the room it was unlocked and the housekeeper wasnt around and i took my things in and put the do not disturb sign out and 5 mins later the househeeper disturbed me and did not bother to applgized for disturbing me and i asked him where the ice maker machine was he said the main building and asked the receptionist and she said upstars. Went to the 2nd floor and searched all over (im handicapped on my right foot and had a hard time walking and found the ice machine on the 3rd floor and the recptionst did not tell me thiszand the rooms heater was ot working at the beginning. And the tv was acting strang.
