Good times getting a quick getaway for some gambling and dinner. Our room was nice and very clean. Bare bones on amenities inside room. No fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. Overall, we would definitely do this getaway again.

Unexpected Lack of Amenities

The Horse Shu is a very old hotel that desperately needs to be renovated. However, the things the room was lacking, compared to most hotels today, were a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. They also had sagging mattresses on the beds and only a sheet and a very thin top blanket. Very cold in the winter unless you cranked the heat up in the room.

The hotel was okay, definitely mediocore at best. It's a shame that there isn't any thing to do except gamble. Kareeokee or a spa would have been great. One can only gamble do much.
