The property, including our room, was very clean. Our room was also quiet and comfortable. By exiting the parking lot from the rear of the building it is possible, and safer, to access the busy main east-west road into Jackson via a traffic light. The location of the property worked for us and we found it easy to drive to both our dinner reservations downtown and the national park, etc.

The hotel is very clean and well managed. The front desk really helps out with drinks, ice, maps and suggestions. The dining area for breakfast very clean and quaint, they offer a full breakfast of all different chiices.. I would recommend this hotel and its minutes from downtown shopping and night life.

The temperature increase control for the HVAC in our room was worn so that I could not see that it was an upward arrow. One of the desk staff showed me how it worked. Increasing the temperature did nothing. Trying to change the fan speed did nothing. The space heater they provided was not as powerful as was the flow of cool air from the wall mounted unit. There was no instruction sheet in the documents provided by the hotel. The chocolate chip cookies were very tasty. The beds were comfy, and we slept well.

Nice Inn, very disappointed in attached restaurant. waitress completely ignored us (breakfast) , after waiting 20 minutes left went to Bubbas down the street. fast service lower cost.

It was so quiet. It felt like there were no other guests around us. Beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff took excellent care of us. Many hotels barely show up and Mary C. checked on us and changed the sheets every day. That's a rarity in most hotels since COVID. The entire staff was attentive. Free laundry facilities for guests-they even provided detergent. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Everybody says the pizza restaurants downtown are the best but we found Sidewinders across the street couldn't be beat. Downtown is five minutes away. Lots of fun things to do including a dinner theater and hiking in any direction from this location. We'd recommend this hotel. Excellent value.
