Very nice but issue with key cards
This was a great property for a quick trip to Jackson for Thanksgiving. They were very welcoming to my 10 pound Chihuahua. The only issue I had at all was that the key cards were so terribly inconsistent. Sometimes took five or six swipes to get them to work.

Great mattress, so comfortable I wish I had one like it at home! Room was spacious and clean. Called for late arrival. We arrived early evening and left early morning. Staff graciously offered us coffee even though we were leaving before breakfast hours.

Solid hotel, small nitpick
The hotel offered everything i needed for a short stay. The room was clean, air conditioner was quiet, and there was plenty of space for two. My only nitpick is the tv. I travel a lot so ive become used to smart tvs or tvs that allow screen sharing. Didnt ruin the experience but it is something that some will take note of when choosing a hotel.

This is an excellent location for a quick overnight stay on the outskirts of Jackson. The suite design is functional and roomy, and the comfortable queen bedding represents a lovely surprise. Breakfast is not offered by the hotel, but Cracker Barrel is close by, and for me, traveling for business, alone, that completes the package.
