The staff and accommodations were good however, it advertized a hot tub and pool. The hot tub was out of commission and the pool didnt look like it was clean. The heater of the pool wasnt working. The overall apperance inside needs some updating.

Friendly staff. Only complaint was when I went to get coffee in the morning, the creamers were all defective. They were impossible to open. Any customer and I were both trying and both failed after 6 attempts. Mgt should put out a new batch and complain to supplier. No way to start the day.

We stayed here one night and at the Baymont one night. in this area this is the best choice. the beds are not great, the bathroom has damage and was dirty but overall it was clean, and the staff was good.

A very nice property, clean & well maintained, exterior landscaping attractively done. The breakfasts are super, open till 9:30. Staff friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that the TV was down 2 nights - some kind of problem with Direct TV or somesuch, and took time to fix. The front desk should have posted a sign or advised guests.

Quiet and clean.
This is a pretty basic hotel - no surprises. The place was quiet, rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the breakfast spread typical (including waffle maker, eggs, and a meat option every morning). Lasting impressions are: an aging facility where the wear and tear are showing especially in the public spaces, and very friendly and conscientious staff.

The entire place was filthy, old, not in good repair … I could go on and on. Only working ice machine I could find was on the first floor—no grate, filthy machine and doubt the ice dispenser had been cleaned in ages. Was actually afraid to use it or to eat the breakfast that was included because I could only imagine what the kitchen was like. Carpet in the room was stained and torn. Curtains were stained. Lamp shades were stained and askew. Refrigerator was dirty. I will never stay there again!
